We bought our new fridge just under a month ago and so far are really enjoying it. The door shelves in the refrigerator part seem sturdy and functional. I wish you could move some of the shelves throughout the fridge around a bit more but its not a deal breaker. The one things I do think should have been designed differently though are the two bottom produce drawers. For some reason they put the handles on the bottom instead of the top which makes them harder to open especially the very bottom drawer. The freezer also seems to work well and has plenty of storage space for our needs. Ice and water dispenser are nice and can fit a Nalgene water bottle. Overall we are enjoying our new refrigerator.

This was not our first choice but we are happy with the product. It cools well looks good and was a reasonable price. And it was available This probably should have been our first choice as we wanted a counter depth fridge and this one actually has more space than most. Our only glitch has been the ice maker but LG has been attentive and has promptly responded.

Replaced a full depth French door 27.8 cf with LG Counter depth 23 cf side by side that actually stores more due well designed shelving and door storage. The in door water and ice dispenser is much better.

I love all of the storage space. Both in the freezer and in the refrigerator.
The directions for using the dispenser were not how it works and not being real familiar with technology took us a bit to figure out how it does work. Then we love it.

Omce you fill the fridge its dark inside due to the fact theres only one light all the way at the top back of the fridge.
The drawer compartments need to have there pull handles on top rather then the bottoms. To open the lowest drawer you need to be almost on the floor. Not well throughout.
