I bought this a month ago and it been a nightmare since. The gas range flickers and makes noise. The oven whistles really loud when baking over 300 degrees. LG came out and replaced the fan and now the whistling is louder. Seems to be a common issue based on other reviews. Returning unit.

The burners work great. Love the simmer burner. However the oven is a disappointment. Noisy during use like a plane taking off. And the gas smell sets off our carbon monoxide detector even with a window open during use. Need customer support or a different stove...

I bought this gas range recently and just had the gas inspection. There is a moaning noise that comes on when using the oven above 300 degrees. It moans constantly and does not stop until about 10 minutes after the oven is turned off. It is not real loud but it can be heard in the next room and is driving me crazy. I see others commenting on it but I dont see any solution. Otherwise the appliance looks good cooks well oven heats quickly and the gas burners heat fast.

Every time you go to bake when you first turn on the oven to preheat it lets out this awfull smell of gas. EVERYTIME I hate that I cant stand it. That shouldnt be normal.. I should of returned it when I first bought it. Overall besides that it is a good stove. I just hate dealing with that start up smell.

Bought this the first week of January. Beautiful stove cooks well. I like the the different cooking options. The one thing that Im disappoint with is the fact that there is no self clean control only fast clean which is not an effective form of oven cleaning. Its so inconvenient to use and it barely cleans even the slightest bit of grease. That spraying water steaming and then struggling to wipe up the water is just ridiculous. How a stove this nice and in this day and age comes without a self clean feature is beyond me. The easy clean method was not clearly explained when I was researching this stove. The way it sounds is that its a modern wonder in oven cleaning. Not until you actually use the manual to program it do you understand how silly this is Not sure why LG thought this was a good idea.

I purchased the LSG4511ST two months ago. I love this range the proofing feature is amazing All my yeast dough recipes raise and bake perfectly now.
Other reviews talked about the cook surface scratches during cleaning I only use non abrasive cleaning products and it cleans up great.
My only complaint is that the burner disks could be better quality.
I highly recommend this range.

Ive had this range for almost 3 weeks and Im so happy about the purchase. Im impressed with the flame on all burners and the SuperBoil does as it claims The 5th middle burner is so nice to have too. My husband and I have both noted how evenly the food cooks on this range. I also really like the steam clean option for the oven as opposed to the high-temperature self-clean that I feel is very hard in an oven. Ive used regular bake and convection bake option and it bakes beautifully

Have had this stove now for about 6 months and love everything about this stove. As far as Im concerned there are only two flaws. On the gas oven anytime you use the convection feature it sets the temperature 25 degrees lower automatically because as LG puts it the heat coming from convection is hotter than just normal baking. This was really misguided as I ruined more tried and true recipes of mine because of this feature. If you want to use this range you need to set the temp 25 degrees higher than your recipe requires in order to get the proper bake or cook on your product.
The other problem I have is that my wifi wont hook up to my thinQ technology. No biggie but would be nice to be able to use this feature.
The size of the oven is spectacular for making lots of cookies or a turkey and casseroles. Top burners give you all the power you need to sear a piece of meat prior to putting it in the oven. Highly recommend this product.

bought this at Home Depot had it delivered on 11/15/19 did not install right away due to kitchen being remodeled. Range does not work burners worked then as soon as we tried to turn oven on nothing now burners wont come on display does not work. did a repair request on line a lady called from LG on Thanksgiving day and said she would send a link for me to contact diagnostic tech speak with me next week. I told her I do not need diagnostic tech I need range repaired. I never received a link for diagnosis was given the run around wish I would haher and refrigerator d with my LG dishwaseder warranty. There were a lot of bad reviews on Better Business Bureau too bad I didnt see them before purchasing this is the holidays and I fear I will have to pay for my own repairs. My Thanksgiving was a disaster as I could not us the range and I had really hoped this would be the oven of my dreams but so far just a nightmare. Im pleased with my LG dishwasher and LG refrigerator they were delivered same day as range they work beautifully dont understand why the range doesnt work. My one star is for customer service if my range is fixed and i do not encounter more problems i may consider a higher rating.

I only had the stove for 4 weeks. easy clean is a joke 15 mins heating at 350 with a spray bottle of water That pretty blue color in side the oven is just marketing sale. It has no function whatsoever impossible to clean. So I paid $1800.00. dollars to maintain filthy stove. Also the stove will go into military time your owners manual do not explain how to adjust it you have to call for servicing. I would love to exchange out this produce for a self cleaning one. Cute product but lack function of Easy Clean. My main reason to purchase this product was to be ready for the holiday cooking but now I can not due to the fact Easy Clean does not do it job right. I will be putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and E-mail to Consumer Report to see if they rated this product.

Have used my new stove one week. Pretty happy with it except that the burners are arranged poorly. Front right is the largest and called Super Boil. Behind it is Simmer. You must reach over the largest pot to get to simmer pot. Its the same on the left the bigger of the two burners is in the front. Again you have to reach over large burner to get tot smaller burner. If you plumbed water to stove to ease filling pasta pot you would still have to move the full pot to the front burner. I decided on this stove simply because the fifth burner is round not oval. I knew I did not want the griddle option where that burner is usually oval.

I purchased this product new from AJ Madison and it was delivered without issue. However upon setup the convection options did not work. This issue is covered under the manufacturers one year warranty. LG has sent service repair personnel to my house 10 times in an attempt to repair the unit. During the 10 visits the repair personnel have managed to scratch the surface of the stove scared my new hardwood floors from taking it out and in so many times and now it make a loud ticking noise when it heats up in regular bake mode. AND the convection options still do not work After 10 unsuccessful attempts to repair the range LG refuses to replace the defective unit. I have taken a week of vacation time waiting for their repair personnel to ruin the visual appearance of my stove and my floor and not fix its internal issue. It has been deemed unrepairable by the service technicians they have sent to fix it. I have been more than reasonable in my attempts to get this product repaired and it needs to be replaced.
I will add pictures of the damage caused by the technicians to my cook surface and to my floor as well as a video of the noise it now makes when heating up.
I imagine that I would be giving a good review for this stove if it actually worked or if LG could fix it when it breaks.

Everything is great with stove except cleaning the top. Must pick up heavy grates with every use. Stainless top easily scratches. Cannot clean the very back where grease cocllects under a non removable top. Any ideas? Tried wrapping a chop stick with a cloth and wedging it through the vents not good.
