Why so 8/3/2024

I dont want to rate because lg product is not capable to rate not even 1 star. The worst lg service and worst lg product. Our refrigerator not working for more than 2.5 months and they are not even proper listening to our problems. They only say that we have put your complaint on priority our compressor has changed but still not working for more than 2 months. I have purchased lg product first time thought it was good but its more than worst. I will not reccomend lg product to anyone and we are not selling we are throwing your refrigerator. We will puechase any lg product. Is this your service to your customers and now they are saying that you have to send the refrigerator to the warehouse it means if we will send to the warehouse it will take more than 1 month and you will not get the solution. You should stop selling refrigerators. Worst experience worst customer service worst support. Worst technician.
